A grim report circulating in the Kremlin today written by Russia’sNorthern Fleet is reporting that the United States has ordered a complete media blackout over North Korea’s torpedoing of the giant Deepwater Horizon oil platform owned by the World’s largest offshore drilling contractor Transocean that was built and financed by South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., that has caused great loss of life, untold billions in economic damage to the South Korean economy, and an environmental catastrophe to the United States.

Most important to understand about this latest attack by North Korea against its South Korean enemy is that under the existing“laws of war” it was a permissible action as they remain in a state of war against each other due to South Korea’s refusal to sign the 1953 Armistice ending the Korean War.

To the attack itself, these reports continue, the North Korean“cargo vessel” Dai Hong Dan believed to be staffed by 17th Sniper Corps “suicide” troops left Cuba’s Empresa Terminales Mambisas de La Habana (Port of Havana) on April 18thwhereupon it “severely deviated” from its intended course for Venezuela’s Puerto Cabello bringing it to within 209 kilometers (130 miles) of the Deepwater Horizon oil platform which was located 80 kilometers (50 miles) off the coast of the US State of Louisiana where it launched an SSC Sang-o Class Mini Submarine (Yugo class) estimated to have an operational range of 321 kilometers (200 miles).

On the night of April 20th the North Korean Mini Submarine manned by these “suicidal” 17th Sniper Corps soldiers attacked the Deepwater Horizon with what are believed to be 2 incendiary torpedoes causing a massive explosion and resulting in 11 workers on this giant oil rig being killed outright.  Barely 48 hours later, on April 22nd, this North Korean Mini Submarine committed its final atrocity by exploding itself directly beneath the Deepwater Horizon causing this $1 Billion oil rig to sink beneath the seas and marking 2010’s celebration of Earth Day with one of the largest environmental catastrophes our World has ever seen.

To the reason for North Korea attacking the Deepwater Horizon, these reports say, was to present US President Obama with an “impossible dilemma” prior to the opening of the United Nations Review Conference of the Parties to the Treat on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) set to begin May 3rd in New York.

This “impossible dilemma” facing Obama is indeed real as the decision he is faced with is either to allow the continuation of this massive oil leak catastrophe to continue for months, or immediately stop it by the only known and proven means possible, the detonation of a thermonuclear device.

Russian Navy atomic experts in these reports state that should Obama choose the “nuclear option” the most viable weapon at his disposal is the United States B83 (Mk-83) strategic thermonuclear bomb having a variable yield (Low Kiloton Range to 1,200 Kilotons) which with its 12 foot length and 18 inch diameter, and weighing just over 2,400 pounds, is readily able to be deployed and detonated by a remote controlled mini-sub.

Should Obama choose the “nuclear option” it appears that he would be supported by the International Court of Justice who on July 8, 1996 issued an advisory opinion on the use of nuclear weapons stating that they could not conclude definitively on these weapons use in “extreme circumstances” or “self defense”.

On the other hand, if Obama chooses the “nuclear option” it would leave the UN’s nuclear conference in shambles with every Nation in the World having oil rigs off their coasts demanding an equal right to atomic weapons to protect their environment from catastrophes too, including Iran.

To whatever decision Obama makes it remains a fact that with each passing hour this environmental catastrophe grows worse. And even though Obama has ordered military SWAT teams to protect other oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico from any further attack, and further ordered that all drilling in the Gulf of Mexico be immediately stopped, this massive oil spill has already reached the shores of America and with high waves and more bad weather forecast the likelihood of it being stopped from destroying thousands of miles of US coastland and wildlife appears unstoppable.

And not just to the environmental catastrophe that is unfolding the only devastation to be wrecked upon the United States and South Korea by this North Korean attack as the economic liabilities associated with this disaster are estimated by these Russian reports to be between $500 Billion to $1.5 Trillion, and which only a declaration of this disaster being an “act of war” would free some the World’s largest corporations from bankruptcy.

Important to note too in all of these events was that this was the second attack by North Korea on its South Korean enemy, and US ally, in a month as we had reported on in our March 28th report titled “Obama Orders ‘Immediate Stand-down’ After Deadly North Korean Attack” and which to date neither the Americans or South Korea have retaliated for and giving one senior North Korean party leader the courage to openly state that the North Korean military took “gratifying revenge” on South Korea.

And for those believing that things couldn’t get worse, they couldn’t be more mistaken as new reports coming from Japanese military sources are stating that North Korea is preparing for new launches of its 1,300 kilometer (807 miles) intermediate range ballistic “Rodong” missile which Russian Space Forces experts state is able to“deploy and detonate” an atomic electromagnetic pulse (EMP) device, and which if detonated high in the atmosphere could effectively destroy the American economy for years, if not decades, to come.

First, we know these dudes are crazy enough to try it. Second, “never fail to capitalize on a crisis”. This gives extreme environmentalists a HUGE bone IF they can squash the story and make it look like negligence on the part of the oil company. There is all KINDS of new sanctions, fines, committees (personally appointed to by the administration most likely), and a great deal of tighter restrictions on drilling and even operations.

Let’s look at motive. With this kind of attack you kill 3 birds with one stone. First, you are attacking South Korea by destroying a highly economic target. Second, you can levy a HUGE environmental disaster on America. Third, you can test the response of the new American President. Is he willing and capable of backing up his threats? Not even using the above given reason about the NPT in drawing this picture, so, add another piece of motive behind it there.

The only thing I’d like to see independently confirmed is the movement of that N. Korean ship. Whether or not it DID veer off course or not. If it did veer off course toward the gulf and closing within the said distance of the oil rig, I believe that would be your smoking gun.

What’s interesting also to me is that there has been NO mention whatsoever about investigating why the thing exploded. They also have never addressed the terrorism issue. Usually when something big like this happens, they come across the wire or in a press conference saying “We do not believe that this was an act of terrorism.”

Motive, means and opportunity. If you could put that boat off course that day as it was stated, or better yet if you could get concrete intelligence that a mini-sub was dispatched into the Gulf of Mexico hours before the explosion, I don’t think there is any court in the country that couldn’t convict.

Also remember, just like any President, Obama has handlers. If I had to guesstimate I’d say 85% of American control is held by “the group”, which includes his cabinet, 10% by congress and 5% by the President. Now, if the damn “group” is letting this play out for their sick amusement and you take away their “chess game” antics, we’re left to focus on the “tip of the iceberg” so to speak. The 15% that is sticking up above the surface of the water. Congress and the President’s handlers (his cabinet) and Obama himself. These people are not stupid. Like Obama or hate him, one fact that you can’t ignore is, no matter how bad you may want to, he’s still green.

He has no diplomatic track record. He was only a senator for a very short amount of time when compared to previous administrations that came out of the halls of Congress. He’s an idealist over and beyond a realist. He has yet to establish an aura of power around him. By that I mean the “I’m the President of the United States and I wield the forces thereof. DON’T PISS ME OFF!” He has not struck fear into the heart of the enemy.

If this WAS as it is written above, you can bet your ass it was a test. A test to see if he had the teeth to back up the bark. Now, he may have the teeth and want to bite back, but, his handlers don’t have the faith in him that he could pull of a real military conflict. That sends an indelible signal to the enemies of our nation. The signal that our administration’s loins are not girted for that of war. Remember, Iraq and Afghanistan was already in full swing years before he took office. All he’s had to do is continue it.

Some people ask how they could have pulled off a mini-sub in the Gulf. Actually, if I’m not mistaken (which I could be, it’s not beyond the reach of the imagination) the oil rig is not technically in OUR waters. You go out beyond a certain point and you are in International Waters where any and maritime vessels can operate. But who’s to say that our military was not aware. Let’s say we were aware of it and allowed it. What’s the reasoning? Possibly to avert an international crisis? World War III possibly? Here’s my logic.

The military watches it happen but does nothing to stop if for a couple of different reasons. One, the highest ranking military officials are in “the group” who call “international shots” in their little game of chess. Two, let’s take “the group” and their agenda COMPLETELY out of the equation and reel it back into “reality”. From a purely strategical standpoint (and this is coming from a layman, not prior military, any of you who are please feel free to impeach my logic), if they averted the explosion of the oil rig, about the only way they could do it would be to destroy the mini-sub or it’s “mama”. So, let’s SAY they responded, blew the mini or the mama out of the water like we have the fire power to do. North Korea can use it as an act of war by us to thrust us into a full military conflict. A military conflict that would be financed by Russia and China if only under the table. Now, if they drew us into a military conflict and we wiped NK from Google Earth, because NK is China’s little illegitimate bastard child, they would be forced to step in and defend. If they did allow us to neuter NK, I highly doubt Russia would. Just cause this story came from a Russian newspaper, don’t believe for one second that Russia is not the slightest bit interested in seeing us eat caviar an vodka for the next 100 years. The cold war is still on, it’s just gone underground. They are kinda like the bully that acts nice when the principal is around. They are being forced to play nice. Knowing that we’ve got just as much military force as they do…at least for now.

Sorry, I got off on a tangent. The point is, it would not behoove our military to respond overtly to a NK mini-sub conducting an operation, albeit a destructive one in our waters. From a strictly military standpoint and I’m guessing here, a hit on a oil rig would be a low priority attack. Maybe one that doesn’t DEMAND immediate retaliatory strike.

Trust me when I say this, a war with North Korea would be a precursor to WW III.

Lastly, if it was so easily refuted that they had nothing to do with it, how come the Obama administration has ordered a complete media blackout? Simple. It gives the administration’s cabinet and handlers time to formulate a peaceful response to be doled out to them under the table. Say, another sanction? A “shame on you”? Meanwhile, he gets to play “superhero of the environment” and be mister bad ass to the evil oil. Which they are evil by the way, don’t get me wrong.

OHHHHH I almost forgot. One of the responses said “if this is the case, why is BP paying for all of it?” I doubt I could offer sufficient information on that. I can only speculate as I have been this entire response, but, they had friends and family on that rig. Whether they knew about it or not, the fact is, everybody else believes they are responsible. If they refused to offer 100% of their resources to stop it, they would be publicly crucified. After all, “who’s gonna believe that it was a “NK mini-sub”? Everybody would say “yeah right”. What about guilt complex? What about profit loss mitigation? All that oil spilling out is oil they could be pumping. Lastly, could it be that they have looked at the potential consequences of a military conflict with NK (effectively Russia and China) themselves and has figured it would be in the best interest of everybody to just take the hit instead? After all, there is a liability cap on oil companies’ damage set forth by the Bush administration while he was in office. I do not know the figure though.

All this could be nothing. But then again, it’s plausible. By the way, if you’ll look at those wiki links, which I agree is littered with incorrectness, these were only linking to particular words. They aren’t references to the story per say. They are not collaborating links in other words. The only collaborating links I really found was under the words “military swat teams” and “ordered”. So, take from it what you will. Just an observation.
